Features and Benefits: Now an improved model. This pen leash uses new loop-N-Loc technology. One end of the cord has a adjustable metal sleeve that forms a locking loop. This loop is the attaching end of the counter pen, and attaches by either looping and tightening or by girth hitching to an object. The other end consists of the pen and a soft plastic bumper. This bumper eliminates the pen from sliding off smooth surfaces.
